Auditing

At CEFISA we provide auditing services in a professional and independent manner. Our “Internal Quality Control Manual”, which is the action guide on which our professional activity is based, is updated periodically and is subject to the supervision of the Spanish Accounting and Auditing Institute (Instituto de Contabilidad y Auditoría de Cuentas).

CEFISA’s auditing services are mainly focused on the audit of annual accounts. Our activity extends to all work related to the field of auditing, such as the preparation of special reports on limited reviews, reports on subsidised investments and reports regulated by commercial legislation, as well as consultancy work (among others, company valuations, collaboration in mergers, dissolutions, company transformations, consolidations or company restructurings).
