Pilar Pérez Manzano

Biography

Pilar joined CEFISA in 2021. 

She has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). She holds a Double Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School.

She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, corporate governance and commercial contracts. 

Prior to joining CEFISA, she worked in the corporate department of several prestigious national law firms.
