José María Sáez Manzano

Biography

José María joined CEFISA in 2018. 

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Institución Universitaria de la Compañía de Jesús (now Loyola University). He studied a Master’s Degree in Tax Advice and Consultancy at the same university, and a Master’s Degree in Business Tax Consultancy at the Escuela Superior de Estudios de Empresa.

He is a specialist in tax and accounting advice for large companies. He has extensive experience in tax inspection procedures. He has participated in numerous corporate restructuring processes, company acquisitions and tax due diligence processes. 

Prior to CEFISA, he worked in the tax department of a big four company.
